NBA 2K14 Free VC Codes Outed In Hopes To Patch Things Up With PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 & One Fans

NBA 2K14 has caused a lot of controversy since it came out last November – for those on the next gen consoles, the game has been unplayable. We’ve had reports of MyCareer and MyGM freezing the machines, gamers are complaining that the game boots them out from their modes back into the main menu, and so on. Gamers on the Xbox 360 and PS3 are left on their own, with 2K not releasing a patch to them since October.

Things are getting better, apparently, and for new gen console owners, there’s talk of another patch on the way. It seems that 2K is trying to placate their customers by releasing random NBA 2K14 locker codes to give players free VC points. We heard in the past that VC points have been getting lost into the ether – another problem.

So, players aren’t happy with the game, but they might use the codes in MyGM, MyCareer and MyPlayer. These codes are different in that they can have a lifespan of up to 200 days, compared to the three or four days we’ve seen on locker codes before.

Some players don’t know how to redeem the codes, but all they need to do is go to the main menu, choose Locker Codes and then enter the NBA 2K14 code and hit “Enter” on the in-game keyboard. You’ll bag 2,000 VC points, then.

These codes for 2,000 VC points are here:

PS3/XBox 360: N14PS-EMXHP-YDSVD-BCGW6-K5BAA

PS4/XBox One: N14PS-IQQYM-1JMC8-QV47R-I5JDW
