It is still a mystery on whether Valve will release Half Life 3 which will conclude the entire trilogy. I have been waiting for almost a decade to see the third sequel coming out and I’m sure that many of you are too. Half Life 3 has been the buzz on the internet offering many predictions on the outcome of the game and it actually takes my mind of Valve for a second.
One of the fans claims that the red crowbar will be replaced by a blue one. Wow! What a big change to the game. I couldn’t imagine being without our old, reliable red crowbar.
Another prediction on Half Life 3 suggests the game to be set in an open world with RPG-liked features with MMO elements. If this were to happen, everything we do, based on the freedom of the open world, will get narrated. The Half Life series already has a badass linear storyline. To switch it to open world would mean losing the traditional gameplay. But it is not so bad if the ‘blue’ crowbar can get level ups and offer more damage than ever.
Now I don’t intend to badmouth anyone here but these are all ridiculous and seem unlikely to feature in Half Life 3. Don’t even take it with a pinch of salt. Just read it and get a good laughing moment.
