Fans of Half Life have waited for over a decade to find out about Half Life 3 and some have had just about enough of the wait. They have been wondering just what Valve could be doing that is taking them so long.
At the moment Valve have not made anything official about Half Life 3 and this has left fans taking about the reasons why the game could have been put on hold.
Some people believe that Valve may be stuck when it comes to the storyline of the game. In the first game gamers had to make their escape from City 17. In the second game gamers had to destroy the portal of the combine to reveal the borealis. Valve could now be stuck for a storyline that would do the game justice. They do after all have to maintain their reputation.
Some gamers think that Valve is developing the Source 2 engine and this would take up a lot of their time. Valve could have put everything else, including Half Life 3, on hold.
Let’s just hope that Valve does give out some information about Half Life 3 soon or perhaps fans might just give up on the game.
