GTA 5 has long been released now and it truly deserves the 2013 Game of the Year award. Even on the Xbox 360 and PS3, Rockstar was able to create a high quality game with a spectacular graphics for players to enjoy.
However, fans have been calling for GTA 5 to debut on the next gen consoles as there is so much excitement on how the game will look like on both the Xbox One and PS4. The fans might be busy chiming on this but many rumours are already touching on the future successor, GTA 6.
Rockstar has already mentioned on the 45 years of ideas that is able to materialize on GTA 5 with some reserved for GTA 6. This statement came from the company’s president, Leslie Benzies.
Based on the release pattern on past GTA titles, it will take about 3-5 years before fans of this highy successful franchise can see GTA 6.
Benzies continue to tease the fans by claiming that the game developer has no idea on what GTA 6 will be about but there are ideas already popping up. More importantly, the president revealed that GTA is not an annual title as it needs plenty of time to create. Benzies concluded by promising the fans that GTA 6 will be about what they want with a touch or Rockstar’s magic.
All in all, Benzies comment will definitely shift the buzz for a next-gen GTA 5 to the future, GTA 6.
