Battlefield 4 PS4 CE-34878-0 Error (Solution)

It seems that GTA 5 isn’t the only game to suffer issues with online gaming as the recently released Battlefield 4 on the PS4 has been throwing up an error by way of the “CE-34878-0 Error”, which gamers have seen on the display. However there is a way to get around this and fix it.

First you need to boot up Battlefield 4 and then head to Settings and make sure that you sign out of PSN. You can then start up Battlefield 4 and head to the main menu, press the PlayStation button to log into PSN and when you get online start a multi-player game and wait for the error to appear. You then have to do all of this over again when the error shows up, but at least you will have been able to access multi-player. Before the error would just take you back onto the main menu and you couldn’t play anything.

You can also hit the X button and try to get into multi-player mode before the error rears its head. DICE will no doubt be working hard to fix this issue and stop it from affecting single player games too. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that the same issue isn’t going to be seen on the version for the Xbox One, which is coming out on 22nd November.
