Sony Xperia SP v Xperia C: Similarities Set Aside!

Sony had just released two new smartphones and they are the Xperia SP and the Xperia C. Both devices are built with affordability in mind but which of the two is the better purchase?

Putting the Xperia C and SP side-by-side, the first thing consumers can notice is the difference in size. The Xperia C, in particular, comes with a 5”display that offers 960x540p resolution. Despite the larger screen, the C is disappointingly not as sharp as the SP. The latter has a 4.6” display that offers 1280x720p resolution.

Also, the SP is equipped with the latest technology like LTE 100 connectivity. It is basically a tool which allows the SP to enjoy the fastest mobile internet in today’s time. The Xperia C only has HSDPA connectivity with speed that is capped at 7.2mbps.

Under the hood, the SP is powered by a 1700MHz processor with 8GB internal storage space. The Xperia C runs on a 1200MHz processor with only 4GB of storage space.

At the moment, these are the only differences with the Xperia SP and the Xperia C. Everything else about these devices is identical to each other. Obviously, the better purchase would be with the Xperia SP.
