The Sony Xperia SP and Xperia C are two different devices but it amazed us to find that they have a lot in common. In fact, they are more similar than different. As such, we have decided to compare both devices and see how different they are.
The Xperia C, in particular, is larger in size as it houses a 5” screen that runs at 960x540p resolution. Then there is the Xperia SP which has a smaller 4.6” screen but a sharper display as it runs at 1280x720p resolution.
In terms of connectivity, the Xperia C has an FM transmitter which the SP does not. However, the latter comes equipped with LTE 100, enabling it to enjoy the fastest data speed in the world right now. The Xperia C is stuck on the old HSDPA mechanism which caps speed at 7.2mbps.
Finally are the processors. The SP runs on the 1700MHz chipset with 8GB of internal memory. This is faster than the Xperia C, which runs on a 1200MHz processor with 4GB internal memory.
