German luxury carmaker Porsche came out earlier today to boast on the profits they have achieved this year so far. The Stuttgart-based carmaker revealed that they managed to export an increase of 31 percent in comparison to the same month of the previous year.
The profits are topped by the 911, which has achieved 2,400 deliveries in January alone. Porsche brags that they are right on track on the business aspects of things.
The company’s spokesperson, Dr. Ing, shared that Porsche ended 2014 with some amazing quarterly profit figures and they have been hoping to start 2015 strong. With the charts already indicating more gains for Porsche it seems that the carmaker is doing things right.
The biggest sales spike is in Europe, with January 2015 selling 55.3% more Porsche than that of January 2014. On a global scale, Porsche managed 16,044 units sold when compared to 12,225 units from last year.
