No Wrinkles For 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara

Earlier this year, Jeep introduced a new trim of the Wrangler and the vehicle looks like a toned down version of the latest Wranglers that was launched last year.

Known as the Wrangler Sahara, the vehicle came out with a gorgeous design where it is neither too boxy nor too curvy. The Sahara basically hints that Jeep is trying to make the Wrangler more appealing to the masses instead of just the off-roading community.

Retailing from $32,000, the Sahara is also affordable to own. The vehicle still runs on the 3.6L V6 Pentastar engine that generates 305hp. However, the car lacks power as it takes far too long when we tried to accelerate from knots to 40mph.

Perhaps, the lack of power could be due to the electronically controlled throttle that is meant to turn the Sahara into a fuel savvy SUV. Regardless, the Sahara is still a great cruiser on the tarmacs with its tall driving height and soft suspensions.

Of course, the Wrangler Sahara is still a beast, just like every other Wrangler since it comes with the 4WD lever from Jeep. When engaged, it basically allows the Sahara to dash on the mud trails and mountain climbs.
