Magna MILA Plus Hybrid Concept: Overdressed To Impress?

Automotive parts developer, Magna Steyr, might not have its own brand of cars but it is still open to participating on motoring events to share its vision on vehicles through concept models.

The upcoming Geneva Motor Show is days away from now and Magna announced earlier today that they have already booked a slot to showcase the MILA Plus Hybrid Concept.

As how it is visualized above, the vehicle is going to appear super sporty or maybe too sporty for its own good. Built on aluminium, the MILA Concept is obviously light and this is powered by both the 3-cylinder petrol engine and a pair of electric motors.

The Concept is also said to come with AWD system and it generates 270hp as well as 428ft-lbs of torque. This surely translates to an acceleration time of 4.9 seconds if the MILA is to sprint from 0-62mph. On electric motors alone, the car has a 310 mile range which is impressive too.

If there is a flaw with the MILA Plus Hybrid Concept, it is with the fact that it looks too stylish. It does come with some essence of the Lotus Evora but perhaps with too much creases, hood lines and curves for our liking.
