The 2017 Jeep Wrangler is going through some changes that may be surprising. The vehicle is going to be given new suspension, chassis and body and the body is going to partly be made out of aluminum and we are expecting it to weigh less while at the same time being stronger.
One of the things that Jeep has had to do is ensure that the ZF sourced engine from the Chrysler fits into the 2017 Jeep Wrangler. The SUV will use the 8 speed 4 cylinder based on weight that the vehicle is able to handle. The engine is the V6 Pentastar that has been updated and as it is going to be an efficient diesel engine it will offer a lot of torque.
The underside of the 2017 Jeep Wrangler will look about the same and this is going to be the coil suspended Dana axles at front and back along with a boxed frame. The Dana 44 piece is going to offer new casings that haven’t been seen before.
The 2017 Jeep Wrangler is going to come out in 2016 and the price tag is going to be around $25,000.
