Honda may just be disappointing the fans yet again, with its (only a prototype!) second-generation 2017 Honda Ridgelink. While the Ridgelink may be clad in heavy camouflage, we could still see its overall shape, and it’s not too flattering.
It has a bit of a flying buttress behind the C-pillar, optimizing the quad-cab to short-bed ratio proportions and it really looks nowhere appealing. Despite all that, it still aims to compete in the mid-sized pick-up market than its segment-defying predecessor. With that being said, Honda has their eyes on the likes of Toyota Tacoma, Nissan Frontier, Chevy Colorado and also the GMC Canyon.
Although we can’t really tell the details of the lights and grille, we have a pretty rough guess on how it would look like. Would you give this truck a go?
