Later this year, Volkswagen will be launching the Golf R Facelift. The vehicle is confirmed to incorporate the styling of the old 1989 Rally Golf champion. This means that the car will feature a yellow exterior and silver interior.
Of course, this won’t change the aerodynamic structure of the Golf R Facelift. Even with the old designs, the Golf R Facelift will still be up-to-date with the technologies. Golf fans can expect the vehicle to run on the 2.3L engine, just like how it is with the existing Golf models.
Technology will also be boosted as the Golf R Facelift looks to feature all the latest safety components. The Golf R Facelift is tipped to get unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show and it will be distributed to the dealers somewhere in Q4 this year.
