2015 Frankfurt Show becomes the place to witness the introduction of the new Volkswagen Tiguan. Then new model is said to be more economical, spacious and will get a lot of attention when it hits the market later.
The all-new Volkswagen Tiguan encompasses a new look that is inspired by the latest Volkswagen Golf and Passat. It comes with a more efficient engine, with a GTE plug-in hybrid that can go 149mpg and 42g/km for the CO2 emission.
Not only that, the engines include the VW-Groups 114 horsepower 1.6 and 2.0-liter four-cylinder diesel units that are available in single and twin turbos of 148 horsepower and 217 horsepower respectively. Also available are the 1.4 and 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol units that consist of four-wheel drive option.
The Volkswagen Tiguan design also gets better. The new model comes with sharp lines and details like bigger alloy designs, deeper front air intakes on higher-spec models, and daytime running lights. For the exterior design, the model gets a conventional look, due to its enlarged wheels and increased in size.
