2016 Toyota Tacoma Could Take Over F-150 and Colorado

The Tacoma pickup came onto the market in the US in 2005 and it wasn’t given a new look until ten years later. However the 2016 Toyota Tacoma is going to have a new look and when it does it could kill off the Ford F-150 and the Colorado.

The 2016 Toyota Tacoma has made its way to dealerships and Toyota are hoping that the vehicle is going to take back some of the market. In 2004 the Tacoma was responsible for around 60% of the midsize truck segment but it dropped off.

When the 2016 Toyota Tacoma does arrive it will have to compete with the likes of the Chevrolet Colorado and the Ford F-150. Around 40% of people who purchase the Tacoma do so to take the vehicle off the road and the new vehicle is coming with stability and climbing assistance.
