Everybody knows that Lexus is going to launch the all-new RX Facelift later this year but most are unaware that the vehicle is going to be much-lighter than before.
Lexus confirmed earlier today that they are aiming for the RX Facelift to offer great fuel economy and better power output. They also shared that they are going to achieve this through making the vehicle lighter.
Lexus added that they have decided to utilize aluminium to make the RX Facelift light. The aluminium is used to structure the aluminium hood, tailgate and closures.
Fans of the RX Facelift have nothing to fear about as Lexus has already confirmed that the aluminium is developed in the highest order. This means that the aluminium used is going to be as strong as conventional metals.
