2016 Jaguar XF: Another Case Of ‘One Sausage, Different Size’?

It is no secret that Jaguar is currently developing the XF and this upcoming sedan is going to get fully unveiled at the next New York Auto Show happening on April 1, next month. Even so, Jaguar couldn’t hold their excitement and decided to release a teaser image of the vehicle in production.

Like how it is pictured above, the XF comes with more sharply creased body lines and a large panoramic sunroof. Also, the framework is made to be slightly larger than the recently unveiled XE. Unfortunately, not much can be discussed on the XF’s design features as the photo is taken straight above the vehicle.

This is worrying as we can’t go into detail in the XF’s design features. We simply fear that the XF might end up like the one sausage, different size theory. This means that there is a chance for the XF to recycle the design features of the XE with the only difference being with its larger size.

Such a practice has been adopted by most carmakers and it shows their lack of creativity and passion in making cars. Let’s just hope Jaguar is able to produce something special with the XF.
