The Dodge Challenger Hellcat comes with the hole in the headlights that gets everyone’s attention, and Dodge proves to everyone why other cars should also get the headlights that come with the gaping hole.
Thumbs up to Dodge for putting a refined detail of turning the headlamp into an air intake. The light-with-a-hole-in-it is an old drag-racing trick people would have never expected to see on a production car.
Ford GT is another car with the gaping hole in the taillights. This car has superior lugnuts, wiring-harness clips and hood latch. Blake Z. Rong, associate curator of Petersen Museum says that “The GT is awesome. I imagine the brake lights will spit forth smoke, flames, nitroglycerin, etc., in an attempt to make the car look like it’s rolling on afterburners. Just like the 1963 Galaxie promised. That reference alone makes the GT’s taillights cooler than the Hellcat’s headlights.”
Dodge Challenger Hellcat and Ford GT have managed to prove the world that they build the gaping hold for reasons. It shows that how crucial the details are and how it makes the car stands out than the others.
