It is no secret that Audi is producing the next-generation Q7 and the vehicle is due to arrive in 2016. However, consumers don’t have to wait that long if they wish to get a rough idea on how the SUV will look like.
The spy shots for the vehicle have already been leaked online and it shows the Q7 hiding under thick camouflage as it runs some test. Despite that face, we can still spot the new large grille, a pair of narrower headlamps and more haunches above the wheel arches.
In short, the Q7 looks to come with a bolder stance and seems to be inspired by the Quattro. Also, the Q7 is going to be light in weight, thus, improving the performance of the 3L diesel TDI engine that is expected to come with a power range of 218 to 320PS.
Of course, these are our expectations. From our point of view, we find the Audi Q7 as nothing special in terms of design. It actually looks like a common luxury SUV. Amazingly, the future Volvo XC90 looks more inspiring.
