Two of the best luxury midsized sedans are the Lexus RX350 and the Acura MDX. The Acura has already been revealed for 2016 but at the moment Lexus haven’t revealed the RX350. But is the newer going to be the better?
The Lexus RX350 will be offered with the V6 3.5 litre regular unleaded and this should offer 270 horses. It will have the 6 speed automatic transmission and manual mode and it should offer about 18mpg when travelling around the city and 25mpg on the highway.
The Lexus RX350 will be superb for driving and it will also offer a build that is of top quality and the cabin is going to be very spacious.
The 2016 Acura MDX offers the V6 3.5 litre unleaded engine and this should offer 290 horses. The engine is going to come with the automatic transmission and this should deliver about 19mpg when travelling in the city and 27mpg when out on the highway.
The Acura MDX does seem to have a slight edge over the Lexus RX350 for fuel efficiency and the engine is more powerful.
The 2016 Acura MDX is going to have a price tag around $42, 865 and the Lexus RX350 will have a price tag of $40, 970.
