About a month ago, Hyundai launched the all-new i30. This latest vehicle is really special as it came out to offer great power and an exhilarating performance. In detail, the latest i30 is equipped with a turbocharged engine.
The model we tested runs on the 1.6L GDI Petrol Turbo engine and this aid in generating a whopping 183hp. In terms of torque, the i30 is capable of offering 195ft-lbs. This basically enables the i30 to sprint from 0-62mph in just 8 seconds. There is also a top speed of 136mph.
Despite having so much power to offer, the i30 is also fuel efficient. Although not the best, the fact that the i30 is able to return 38.7mpg makes it one of the most irresistible vehicles around.
The best part is that the nice performance is paired to a the spectacular design. The i30 might appear repetitive with the trapezoidal grille and jacked rear portion but it manage to look better than the Kia Rio
Unfortunately, things don’t look too good inside the vehicle. The interior design still appears ghastly and this seems to be the biggest flaw with the vehicle. Hyundai attempted to offer the best interior quality around but instead, they ended up making it look cheap and clustered.
Even so, it can be forgiven as the Hyundai i30 came out with a great performance. The vehicle is also affordable as it comes with a price tag of £22,500.
