Come next year, Honda will be launching the next-generation HRV Crossover Fit. Like its name, the car is basically a combination of both the Honda HR-V and the Honda Fit. The end result is a super-mini coupe SUV that simply looks splendid.
The HRV Crossover Fit comes with a unique design to make it appear like a 2-door coupe. However, the car is actually a 4-door vehicle. Honda did a fine job in hiding the rear door handles and lines to achieve this special look.
The overall coupe design is completed with a curved roofline and a bolder structure. On the downside of things, such styling actually sacrifices the comfort for the rear passengers. The rear headroom is now less spacious and so is the cargo compartment.
Unfortunately, Honda has yet to share on the engines that will power the HRV Crossover Fit. The Japanese carmaker did however confirm that it will be offered with a CVT transmission. Also, there will be an added option for a 6-speed manual gearbox.
Fans can expect that Honda HRV Crossover Fit to arrive with a price tag of $16,000 for the entry level model. As for the top-of-the-range HRV Crossover Fit, it will be retailing at $21,000.
