Both the latest Honda HR-V and the Jeep Renegade are two compact SUVs that share a lot of similarities with each other. However, there is a line separating both vehicles and today, we are going to check out on how big the line is.
Looking at the Jeep Renegade, the vehicle is towed by a 1.4L turbocharged engine that is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. The Renegade is simply a beauty but it does not offer a cheap running cost.
On the other hand, the Jeep Renegade does come with a 4WD system that when engaged, allows it to speed on muddy trails with ease. Heck, the Renegade is the only compact SUV with real off-roading features on board.
As for the Honda HR-V, it does not feature any off-roading capabilities at all. Instead, the vehicle comes with a 1.5L 4-cylinder engine that is mated to a CVT transmission. This basically means that the Honda HR-V is developed to be a cheap, everyday compact SUV that is very practical.
