The latest Ford Fiesta ST is truly a remarkable vehicle to own but unfortunately, it is not flawless. Owners of the sports hatch are already reporting on a common issue which involves the Fiesta’s fuel economy readings.
In detail, the Fiesta ST is not returning the correct, accurate fuel consumption readings and it got more confusing when owners shared that the issue didn’t change their fuelling patterns. After investigating deeper into this, we identified the issue to be with the MPG counter.
Thankfully though, it is really simple to fix the MPG issue. All users have to do is simply push the button resting on the gauge once. Doing so will reset the MPG counter and owners of the Fiesta ST will then receive a more accurate fuel consumption readings.
