Fans thought that the game was being canceled when Steam removed it but Deep Silver came out to reassure fans that the game is still being developed. It was later reported that the game will be delayed and that we will only be seeing the game towards the end of 2016.
While that means we might be closer to the release of the game now, some people think that the lack of details could mean that the game won’t even make it out before the year ends.
There is really not a whole lot of information about Dead Island sequel. All we know is Deep Silver have not given up on it but that is all. We were hoping that the developers would reveal something at E3 or Gamescom this year but that did not happen.
At this point, any news about the game would be great especially for the fans that have been patiently waiting for it.
