Since the Honda Pilot is still very new, it would not make sense for Honda to give it a new design so soon but they will still be making some significant changes to the 2017 model based on some of the feedbacks they have been receiving.
One of the biggest problem that their customer seems to have with the Honda Pilot is its tight interior. Although Honda will still be keeping the Honda Pilot’s exterior measurement, they will be redesigning the interior so that it offer more interior space right now.
That is not the only changes Honda will be making either. Honda will also be working to replace some of the parts with parts made with lighter material so we can expect the 2017 model to come weighing a lot less than the 2016 model.
Shedding those extra pounds should help slightly improve the fuel economy and the performance of the Honda Pilot.
