The 2017 Toyota 86 will be coming in with an updated chassis, revised engine and improve styling. Here is what the 2017 model will be offering now.
The 2017 Toyota 86 will be running on a revised engine that will now be pushing out about 205hp and 156lb ft of torque. The engine will be mated to a six-speed auto transmission or a six-speed manual transmission.
According to Toyota, the auto transmission model will return about 23mpg in the city and 32mpg on the highway while the manual transmission option will return about 20mpg in the city and 27mpg on the highway.
Besides getting more power, the 2017 model will come with a new Hill Start Assist Control system. The base model with the manual transmission will now retail for $27,120. which the auto model will retail for $27,840. A slight increase from the previous model.
