Kingdom Hearts 3 might be one of the best video games in the works right now but it is unfortunate that information on its release date can get very confusing. The title was officially announced back in 2013 and most fans are expecting it to arrive at the end of this year.
To understand why many believe that Kingdom Hearts 3 is coming out in 2015, we had to go back in time and study on the buzz for the upcoming sequel.
Apparently, it all started when Bill Farmer Tweeted that he had finish recording for Kingdom Hearts 3. Then, the lad stressed that the game is expected to come out this year. After the Tweet created a ruckus, the lad who voiced Goofy returned to correct his words by claiming that Kingdom Hearts 3 remains unannounced.
Then there is Kingdom Hearts 3 developer, Tetsuya Nomura. The lad has been active when it comes to engaging with the fans and he once indicated a 2015 release for the game. Then, Tetsuya came out and claims that there is a long delay due to the process of integrating Kingdom Hearts 3 with Unreal 4 game engine.
What Tetsuya said totally make sense but he didn’t share on any period for Kingdom Hearts 3’s arrival. Instead, it was Amazon which starts taking pre-orders for Kingdom Hearts 3 and claims that the game will be released by 31st December this year. Of course, the quoted date is a placeholder and requires confirmation by Square Enix.
This brings us to today when PlayStation Blog revealed that Kingdom Hearts 3 projected release date is on 2017. The PS Blog said that the information was taken raw out of Square Enix. This will surely nullify the hype for Kingdom Hearts 3.
