Both Fallout and Elder Scrolls are two of the biggest gaming franchise in the industry and they are owned by Bethesda. While the latter might be more popular than the former, both sets of fans agree that Fallout 4 deserve to be developed next.
Even so, Bethesda has yet to announce anything on Fallout 4, thus putting the Fallout fans in a never-ending wait. Things worsen recently when the game developer started teasing on Elder Scrolls VI instead of about Fallout 4.
By the look of things, it seems that Bethesda desires to develop Elder Scrolls VI first. If so, then the possible explanation for this is that the Elder Scrolls franchise is a much better seller than the Fallout franchise. Also, it could be that Bethesda wishes to challenge Bioware’s Dragon Age Inquisition, which is currently the best RPG title around.
Then again, this will only upset the Fallout fans further. On the bright side of things, Bioware will be looking to launch Mass Effect 4 later this year and fans can expect an announcement on Fallout 4 then.
