2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek STi & Forester STi Queued For The Global Stage

Throughout last year, Subaru’s STI development team has been camping at Nurnbergring, Germany, to produce the next-gen Crosstrek STI and Forester STI. Now both vehicles have been released in the Asia Pacific region and they are a force to be reckoned with.

Subaru claims that the Crosstrek STI and Forester STI are developed at Nurnbergring since the racing track emulates real world road conditions. This explains why both STI vehicles came out with large 19” wheels and wider tyres. After all, handling plays a major role in street performance.

Then again, it is unfortunate that Subaru has yet to share on when they will launch the Crosstrek STI and the Forester STI on a global scale. As such, fans from other parts of the world will have to wait before they can get a feel of the 2L turbo engine that develops 296hp and 295ft-lbs of torque.
