The HTC One M8 might be a powerful device but on Sprint, it has been facing some major connectivity issues. Users have been complaining that the One M8 will get poor voice call quality and a horrible internet connection when in areas with weak signal.
It is unsure if the issue is with the HTC One M8, or the carrier. Nevertheless, there is now a solution for this bug. Sprint has rolled out a fix to its HTC One M8 users.
The patch was delivered OTA and it says ‘urgent’. Applying the update is heavily recommended as it solves every issue with the network. Doing so will also bring the One M8’s software to 1.54.651.10.
The update is available for all HTC One M8 model under Sprint and those Harman/Kardon variants. As for the HTC One M8 from other carriers, there has yet to be a similar issue reported by its users.
