Of all the items that we get to pick up in the Resident Evil 7 Demo, the dummy finger is the most confusing one. Nobody seems to understand where to use it or how it might be useful until now?
Well, not really. When we saw a new video saying that it has found a use for the dummy fingers, we thought the mystery has come to an end but the only thing the video shows is the finger moving on its own when you point it towards certain objects.
We do not know if the direction it is pointing has anything to do with the game or if it could just be a game glitch and in general, it still does nothing not that the axe did anything either. Breaking stuff was nice and all but you still couldn’t get away from the man with it.
Some people say that the finger might be the key to finding a secret passage that will change the whole ending of the demo but so far, nobody has found it yet.
