2K has been on the receiving end of many complaints from its players. Ever since NBA 2K14 got released for the consoles including both the Xbox One and PS4, the basketball video game has been more pain than fun for its players.
Thanks to a server problem, players cannot access many game modes especially MyCareer. This is due to the cloud save feature which players cannot access.
Many patch has been released by 2K to address this major issue on NBA 2K14 but it actually worsens the state of the game instead of improving it.
Following the Christmas season, 2K attempts to compensate the players by giving out free VC points. However, such a gift backfired as players find it hard to redeem the points because of ongoing connection problems.
The fans are clearly upset over these occurrences. 2K sports representative, Ronnie Singh, has finally come out of the dark and shed some light on the matter.
Ronnie acknowledges the issues players are facing and will look to sort it out as soon as possible.
At the moment, nothing is revealed on when the fix will look to arrive. The players are growing in frustration and the service from 2K is clearly starting a spark on a pool of petroleum.
