Earlier this month, HTC began rolling out the much anticipated Android 4.4.2 KitKat update to its HTC One users in Europe. However, the update was quickly stopped after users report on some issues after applying the update.
Now, HTC is back and is currently doing the KitKat’s re-release to its HTC One smartphone. This latest update has been tweaked to fix the issues raised by the users and it bears the number 4.19.401.11. The KitKat has a size of 308.24MB which is quite large for an update.
The update brings with it new security tweaks, improvements to the cloud print service that came with KitKat, and additional support for Bluetooth media interactions. Also, the browser will no longer have Flash Support.
HTC One users can finally be at rest after receiving the KitKat which was anticipated for a release since February last month.
