Google Nexus 10 2 is one of the most talked about devices at the moment. Fans who have been anticipating this upcoming tablet should know better that it has missed many rumoured release dates.
The wait stretches way back during last year’s Nexus 7 release. It is March 2014 now and there is still no sign of the Nexus 10 2. In fact, the old Nexus 10 is still listed in Google’s Play Store. Now, hope is being reignited following a rumour that has gone viral.
The rumour revealed that Taiwanese phone vendor, HTC, will be the company creating the Nexus 10 2. Even the next Nexus 7 will be handled by HTC. On top of that, it is suggested that either or both devices will look to debut somewhere in third-quarter this year..
This seems likely as Google would want to close the Nexus chapter already. However, a rumour is still a rumour and it is best to be taken lightly.
The rumour ended with the specs of the Nexus 10 2. It is believed that either the nVidia Tegra 4 or 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 will be the processor. Of course, an Adreno GPU 330 will be in place together with 2GB/3GB or RAM. The nexus 10 2 will offer 32GB of internal storage together with an 8MP rear camera, 2.1MP front camera and 9500mAh battery. Finally, it will offer a Super PLS 10.1 inch display with 2560 x 1600 resolution with 299ppi and Gorilla Glass 3.
