DayZ Standalone is one of the biggest gaming titles currently in production. This post-apocalyptic game which set players loose in a zombie-infested island is on Steam’s Early Access at the moment at despite that fact, an update is getting released soon which will change the way things work in the game.
The 0.37 update is revealed to take surviving DayZ Standalone to a whole new level. The creator, Dean Hall, has recently hired many new faces to re-define surviving this upcoming title and it will come with this future update. Hall claims that it will surround the basic necessities of survival which is food.
The creator added that there will be a fireplace mechanics where players can now sense a fire going on or even smell some foods being cooked. On top of that, the air the player breathes can also be contagious with virus which could infect the players. All these elements will have to be in the mind of players at all times if they wish to survive DayZ Standalone.
The change log is not yet released at the moment but once the update is roll out, players will get a full list of changes to refer to.
