One of the most anticipated titles this year is none other than Dragon Age 3. Bioware’s upcoming game will be the first RPG-based title to feature on both the Xbox One and PS4. However, RPG lovers are in for some bad news.
It appears that the game has suffered some hiccups in its development causing a delay to Dragon Age 3’s release date. This is confirmed by the franchise producer, Cameron Lee, who said that the developers need that extra time to make the revise Dragon Age 3 before being able to launch it.
He quoted that developing Dragon Age 3 requires a lot of time an effort. The extra time will allow the developers to touch up even more which will improve the game. Besides, making more races playable requires a lot of work on a vast title like Dragon Age 3.
RPG fans on the next-gen console wouldn’t mind a delay if it is for a good cause. We have seen what happens to a game when they are rushed for a release. Prestigious titles like Battlefield 4 are infested with bugs and glitches. It is only best for the fans if Dragon Age 3’s delay promises little to no errors throughout the game.
Bioware will look to release Dragon Age 3 towards the end of 2014. The pioneer RPG title for the next-gen consoles will run on a brand new Frostbite engine. Fans are both eager and excited to get their hands on it.
