Now, everybody can drive a Dodge Viper! That is the motto being sung by Dodge after the American carmaker dragged the price of their muscle car down to a whole new low. Dodge revealed that they have slashed off $15,000 from the initial price tag for the Viper.
This will see the sports car retailing at $84,995. However, the deal does not end there. Dodge is also giving away a certificate worth $15,000 to Gen 5 Viper owners. The certificate can be used to slash off the price of the latest Viper as well. In total, consumers can enjoy up to $30,000 off the initial price tag of the vehicle.
Readers are not to get confused as the discount is only applicable for the 2014 Viper model. The vehicle is currently being produced in Detroit at the Conner Avenue Assembly Plant and the vehicle is expected to arrive in showrooms by the beginning of 2015.
The Dodge Viper will be powered by a 8.4 liter V10 engine that can produce 645hp and offer 20mpg on the highway. The sports car will also come in a variation of colours for the customers to choose from.
