The 2016 Toyota Prius is said to offer up better fuel efficiency at 55mpg and this is the highest MPG to come out that doesn’t have a plug attached to it. It is going to offer the 1.8 litre engine but this has been designed smaller and it has 40% thermal efficiency.
The 2016 Toyota Prius is also going to come with active grille shutters that are able to open up and close depending on the external temperature. The battery is located at the rear of the vehicle and to make sure that it fits it has been made more compact.
The vehicle does come packed with features that have been upgraded but people do want to know about the design of the vehicle. The new 2016 Toyota Prius is going to be offered in a choice of seven colours and it will have highlights that are very vibrant. But what happened to the facelift? Well it doesn’t seem to be anything out of the ordinary and if you take a look at the vehicle it does look as though it was designed in quite a hurry and it doesn’t look very pleasant.
It seems that perhaps Toyota believe that people care more about how a vehicle works that it looks but ask many people and they will say that the looks of the 2016 Toyota Prius do matter.
