There have been a lot of talks about Microsoft possibly working on a new Surface Phone. Although Microsoft only said that they are working on an ultimate mobile device, most people believe that it will be the Surface Phone.
It was believed that Microsoft will be offering their new smartphone this year. However, new reports are now saying that the Surface Phone might get delayed or cancel because of how bad the Windows OS did last year.
According to Gartner’s report, Microsoft only accounted for 0.3% of the total smartphone sold in the fourth quarter of 2016. All sign indicates that Microsoft the new Windows OS is not doing well which is why some people now believe that Microsoft might just give up and stop offering smartphones altogether
