It does seem like all the other automakers have a hot hatch of their own to offer right now as the demand for hot hatches increase. However, Subaru does not seem to be too interested in making that change.
We know that the Subaru WRX STi sales have been dropping. While part of it is because Subaru refuses to give the Subaru WRX STi proper upgrades, the other reason is because people seems to be less interested in performance sedan right now.
The fans seem to think that Subaru should work on a hatchback version of the Subaru WRX STi to boost the sales of the Subaru WRX STI. Of course, Subaru themselves has never indicated that they are looking to offer a hatchback version of the Subaru WRX STi but do you think they should at least consider it?
The Subaru WRX STi will be coming in to compete with models like the Ford Focus RS, Golf R and more.
