Right after LG launched the G4, the tech giant teased on the G4 Note. The phablet is based on the original G4 and will come out with high-end specs and features. However, is it enough to beat the market dominator, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4?
In terms of display, the Note 4 has a 5.7” screen that offers 515ppi. This is larger than the 5.5” display on the G4 Note. However, the latter is sharper with pixel densities measuring at 600ppi.
The G4 Note is also faster as it runs on the Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB of RAM and Adreno 430 GPU. The Note 4 runs on the older Snapdragon 805 processor with 3GB of RAM and Adreno 420 GPU. Both devices have 32GB of internal storage with support for microSD.
The best part is that the G4 Note promises to come out with a large 4000mAh battery. If so, it will definitely be able to last longer than the Note 4. Other features include a 16MP rear camera and the Android 5.0 Lollipop OS out of the box.
Judging by the comparison above, it looks like the Note 4 from Samsung is finally beaten. Will the success of the G4 Note change the power balance in the world of smartphones?
