iPhone Now Allows You Sideload Apps Just Like Android

Over on the Android platform, apps from unknown sources can be installed and utilized on a smartphone without the need of Google Play Store. This particular feature is known as ‘sideload’ and it is about to make its entry on the iPhones.

The WWDC event saw Apple discussing about Xcode 7 and the system will allow users to download, build and sideload iOS apps for free. Of course, this is provided that the developed apps are open source and not restricted with a fee.

Of course, sideload on Apple won’t be similar to how it is on the Android. Things are more complicated for the iPhones as sideloading requires a physical connection of the iPhone with the Mac.

With Xcode 7 and sideloading features on-board, there is now a possibility for future iPhones to become more awesome than ever. This is because sideloading will allow game emulators to install on the iPhones.
