Both the Xbox 360 and PS3 were the platform which first hosted GTA 5’s debut and now, it looks like the game and the old consoles are parting ways permanently.
Of course, Rockstar will still sell GTA 5 on the Xbox 360 and PS3 but the game developer will no longer roll out any update or DLC for the game.
Rockstar has already warned about this back in January this year. In case you’ve missed it, the game developer claims that the Xbox 360 and PS3 are fast approaching their technical limit. Hence, Rockstar has decided to cease the support for GTA 5 on the older-gen consoles.
Rockstar did say that they will end the support once they release the Heist DLC. Well, the Heist DLC is finally here and this means that support expire.
