The Volvo XC60 biggest threat right now would probably be the Audi Q5. Since Volvo decided to keep the XC60 the way it is for 2017, the Audi Q5 was the one that got more attention this year but that might be changing soon as Volvo prepares to release the 2018 Volvo XC60 model.
Unlike the 2017 model, the 2018 model will be coming in with a long list of upgrades. First things first, the 2018 Volvo XC60 will be getting an exterior upgrade so that it can match what the Volvo XC90 is offering right now. That means getting the new T-Shaped headlights as well as the new chrome bordered grille.
The Volvo XC60 will also be powered by a 2.0 liter four cylinder engine that will be offering about 187hp. With all the upgrades, do you think the Volvo XC60 will have what it takes to take on the Audi Q5?
