We know that Mazda has been trying to turn some of the models into a premium model and it was said that the Mazda CX-5 will be next. The 2017 Mazda CX-5 was revealed by Mazda not too long ago. Do you think the Volvo XC60 should be worried?
The 2017 Mazda CX-5 will be coming in with an upgraded exterior. The 2017 model will be getting a more aggressive exterior design with slimmer headlights. On the inside, the Mazda CX-5 will now come with a new head-up display along with a floating 4.6inch color TFT liquid crystal unit.
The Mazda CX-5 will now be running on a 2.0-liter engine that will be offering about 155hp. There is also a 2.5-liter gas engine that will be offering about 184hp. Mazda also announces that they will be bringing the diesel powered model to the US. The diesel model will be powered by a 2.2-liter SkyActiv-D engine.
The new 2017 Mazda CX-5 will be released in Japan in February next year before making its way to the other markets.
