Half Life is among one of the best gaming franchise around and it’s pilot title is still not dead in today’s time. Previously, one gamer is known to complete the game in under 30minutes. Now that record has been broken.
The player, known as QuadRazid on his YouTube account, managed to complete Half Life in 20minutes and 41 seconds to be precise. A playthrough has been shared on YouTube and fans of the franchise are amazed when watching it. You can view the video below.
However, it left the fans wondering on things like health, damages and the speed of Gordon Freeman. This was all explained and it is due to the many glitches exploited when playing the game. One door glitch was able to boost he health of the player for unlimited times. When falling from high heights, a crouch technique is applied to drastically reduce the damage. As for the speed, it is tweaked to run that way.
While this all sounds wonderful, it is still sad to see the many gamers stuck on old Half Life titles. For a decade now, they have been waiting Half Life 3 and Valve has yet to deliver it. Heck, we have no idea on when it will come. If only Valve has released Half Life 3, the old record will sure be unbroken.
