We know that game developers now likes to create special events for their games to celebrate some of the special occasion and Blizzard is no exception.
Data miners mined the game Overwatch and confirm that there will be a Christmas Event for Overwatch this year. They even managed to dig out the new festive jingle for the event which is basically the game’s theme tune that has been modified to sound more festive. You can check it out here.
It is also believed that Blizzard will most likely upgrade the maps as well so that it will look more festive. Some people also think that there will be a few new skins for their Heroes.
Of course, Blizzard has not said anything yet so all we can do now is wait and see if the Christmas Event is going to happen or not. Blizzard also celebrated Halloween not too long ago so we don’t think they will be missing out on Christmas.
