The Microsoft Lumia 950 and Microsoft Lumia 950 XL already had a lot to offer when they were both released but the smartphones are not selling as well as Microsoft would like it to. That is probably why Microsoft has decided to sweeten things up by offering freebies to those that buys the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL.
It was announced that Microsoft Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL buyers will now get themselves a year of free Microsoft Office 265 Personal which will cost about $70. Microsoft used the same method when they were trying to boost the sales of the Microsoft Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL last year and they are probably hoping that it will do the same for their new flagship smartphone as well.
While the Microsoft Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL reviews have been pretty positive, the consumers are still varied about making the switch to a Windows powered smartphone but maybe the new deal will convince them to give it a try.
