If pickup truck fans are to check out the last SEMA, they should know that the upcoming Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 will be an enlarged version of the original Colorado. Now, Chevrolet has confirmed that the ZR2 will be in production.
Unfortunately, Chevy failed to share on when the Colorado ZR2 will be launched but they did indicate the pickup truck to debut in mid-next year. The other thing that Chevrolet shared is that the Colorado ZR2 is nicknamed Master Chief.
This is due to the fact that the Colorado ZR2 is made to appear like the Warthog car from the popular gaming series, Halo. The Colorado ZR2 see above also wears the same green paintjob that is used by the original Master Chief.
As such, the Colorado ZR2 will no doubt be very popular, particularly among the gaming society that has played Halo. Even so, we have yet to learn on when the ZR2 will be making its debbut
